Which shipping service provider will be used to send my order?

We ship all orders with DHL or Hermes to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days within Germany. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and are usually 5-10 working days.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a DHL or Hermes tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.

Do you also ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship in Germany and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free. Within Europe 8,99€. The exact costs will be displayed at checkout.

Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

How secure are my payment details?

Your payment details are safe with us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to ensure that your information is protected during transmission. In addition, we do not store any sensitive payment data on our servers.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, after completing your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. A detailed invoice will also be sent to your e-mail address.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method after an order has been completed. Please check your payment details carefully before finalizing your order.

Are there additional fees for international payments?

Additional fees may apply for international payments depending on your bank or payment provider. Please contact your bank for more information.

What should I do if my payment is rejected?

If your payment is declined, please check your payment details and make sure that all information is correct. Contact your bank to make sure there are no problems with your account. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.

Returns
How can I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact us first via email at service@gioiaeyewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You’ll receive all further instructions by email.

Please note: Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.

Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

The costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the customer and depend on the selected shipping service provider. Exceptions apply if the wrong item is sent. Please contact us at service@gioiaeyewear.com

How long does it take to process the refund?

It may take up to 14 days after receipt of your return for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in unused and perfect condition. Please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange. service@gioiaeyewear.com

Which items are excluded from returns?

Damaged and worn products, as well as incomplete products (return must include glasses, box, cleaning cloth and pouch) are excluded from exchange.

Marked sunglasses from the sale cannot be exchanged either.

What should I do if I have received a defective or incorrect item?

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will correct the error immediately and give you instructions on how to return the defective or incorrect item. service@gioiaeyewear.com
